Robert Joyner The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

Quiet Muffin This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

rgcustomer I've been disheartened recently with what my country chooses to create in the English language, but this is not one of those times.I was pleasantly surprised with this short, which has the feel of a feature film, and tells a wonderful message about science and denial, exploration and insularity. It has an intense pulse-pounding moment that shocks, even if you see it coming. And it raises just the right questions at the end that it would be a great topic to discuss in classrooms.I'd almost like to see it continue into a feature-length film, but I wonder if that might somehow cheapen the story, if we learn too much about the origins of the squid. (You know how these things tend to turn out, with Really Great Revelations of Really Awesome Effects -- Yawn.) But the clues offered in the film are delightful, and I just can't help myself -- I want more.
