Complex, short animation film that divides the screen into eight small windows. To the music of Vivaldi's The Four Seasons and with appropriate colours, seasonal stories are told in the small frames. Every now and then, the isolated events cross their borders and the scenes start interacting.

Reviews

PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Usamah Harvey The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
Sameer Callahan It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.
Keira Brennan The movie is made so realistic it has a lot of that WoW feeling at the right moments and never tooo over the top. the suspense is done so well and the emotion is felt. Very well put together with the music and all.
MartinHafer THE END OF THE WORLD IN FOUR SEASONS came up with a wonderful gimmick, though it didn't seem to do much with it. Instead of one story being told at a time, the screen is made up of 8-9 squares in which various stories are occurring at the same time. While this idea worked great in FLATLIFE (2004), here the gimmick just seemed like a gimmick--with very little payoff. I wish that more of the stories in the boxes had intersected and played against each other more. Instead, you just see some simple animations doing,...well,...not much of anything--set to the music of Vivaldi. I kept waiting and hoping but the stories just didn't seem interesting and I was soon bored. A nice idea indifferently executed.
