Lollivan It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

Darin One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.

mattsantia The performances steal the show, but like Butler's other films, this is top notch filmmaking plain and simple. He loves to get into his character's psyche and take the audience on a ride. You can't get much better than this. I am impatiently waiting for his next film.

Munish Manjunath I was quite at awe on how much talent there is within Michigan from all backgrounds be it in Direction, Storytelling, Production & of course Acting. Only after watching the trailer I drove almost an hour & half, waited it out until late evening just to watch this film in person at the MadeInMichigan Film Festival(2017) in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Boy was I in for one good treat of a watch! Being an actor myself, I realized how much pain & hard work has gone both behind & in front of the camera. Brilliant direction by Robert with some great camera work! Amazing performances by leads Julie & good friend Aphrodita to say the least! All the very best to the entire team Girl On The Mat (GOTM).
