Kattiera Nana I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

The Recall is a low budget straight to dvd sci-fi film starring RJ Mitte (Breaking Bad) and Wesley Snipes (Blade, Expendables III) unfortunately tho however this movie did not gave anything to the 2 men to do, the storyline was pretty bland, some of the acting was not that great and the overall concept has been done to death at this point i'm afraid and it's just boring i guess... matiasmab If you like alien stuff, watching this movie is a must. It reminded me of "Signs" (2002, Mel Gibson) There is a good suspense, some action and clitché characters and the film feels really short. Great actors, especially the "Blade" guy, lol, this dude does certainly know how to make us laugh in an apocalyptic world.
Donna Langley I really love the movie. The fact is that it takes time to discover anything about the plot not a problem for me, but it was clear to many. If you can just keep asking questions until the end of the movie then this is for you. The plot is really engaging and unique. For me, it was a great movie and it did a perfect job of blowing up curious. Easily one of my favorite movies of all time, and the best movies of recent years!
vrhovny Let me start with congratulating Mr. Borelli on his impressive body of work as an illustrator and all-around creative soul. I assume, this is his directorial debut and that he co-wrote the script as well. Right, I jumped on this flick in good, honest faith. Wesley was in it, innit? So, off it goes... it's actually another teenagers-in-trouble film and it appears to be made for television. I can't imagine this on cinema screen, just can't. For the better part of the movie, it's actually well shot. Some of the FX is solid, if not slightly entertaining. The story-line, yeah I could go with it. But the execution of it is far from satisfying. The young people who appear to be the actors, they aren't really 'directed'. As in, the director/cinematographer/editor seems oblivious at the atrocious performance developing in front of our eyes, and makes no attempt to rectify or justify it any time sooner. Actually, the last fifteen minute or so plays out like an amateur theater play. The ending justifies the means. I could not have ended this movie better. I would be really miffed if this film ended in any other way. When it did, a synapse fired-off: -but Wesley was in it (sniff)... /The super-ego retorted: -Not enough my son, not enough. P.S. I took off another star for the 'brilliant' ending.
