CaptainSweatpants It took me 20 minutes to realize that this is apparently not "The Taking of Deborah Logan", a mistake that cost me 20 minutes of my lifetime which I wont get back.Unlike "Birdemic" this is not just a bad movie that you can stand through if you don't take it serious, this is plain unwatchable and probably to this date the worst movie I've ever seen. Watching a moving desktop background may be more entertaining than this "movie". I don't know if the screenwriter, the director, the editor and the cinematographer are the same person and in this case probably never got in touch with talent or taste but the guy who gave the OK to release this movie seriously needs to consider if he's in the right business.

primakat Everyone else is right on the money. This sucked and was painful. I had to stop after 7:36 minutes. Maybe this should be a new game, see who can last the longest? Or perhaps a drinking game to go with it? Avoid at all costs. It was just a bunch of random noises and shots. Trying to look all horror and scary like, but it just comes off as confusing and distracting. I didn't stick around long enough to see if it got better. I would rather put a campfire out with my face if given the choice between that and watching the same 7:36 minutes again. Seriously. I can't warn you enough. It is a horrible, horrible film. I don't post reviews about movies as I believe everyone can enjoy pretty much any movie, but this movie has compelled me to do so. That's how stupid it is. I am wasting even more time on this so you don't have to. Run, run away now and never look back!!

joannechapman21 This is the first review I have ever written for a film but today I have had the pleasure of seeing two of the worst films ever. The taking being one (the other the secret village which I will review next) and feel compelled to warn all. This is truly awful nothing appears to happens there are lots of flashing shots at random things and not a lot of dialogue but the acting somehow still seems to be bad. The make up and costumes obviously came from fancy dress shop saw better at my Halloween party this year and as for the demonic noises very annoying. Please don't waste your time watching this drivel the $ 650,000 spent on it was way to much and would have been better spent elsewhere on something worthwhile. Other reviews say 11 minutes is the point you pause and see what the IMDb reviews have to say I must say I got to 12.58 minutes so I must be a little more tolerant. Please don't watch I wasted my time so you don't have too be warned.

rabbitmoon I think most house cats would be able to edit a film more efficiently than this, by trying to sit comfortably on the software keys and then licking them. In all fairness, if most of us tried to make a film, it would probably turn out looking as bad as this. Whilst watching, I kept thinking what I would have done differently, and in thinking like this I soon began to appreciate just how difficult making a good film would be. E.g. good acting is something we all take for granted in polished films, but when you see terrible acting, and try to think why its so terrible, you realise just how subtle great acting really is. If I was the maker of this film, I would feel slightly ashamed at the awful reviews it has on here, and I wonder to myself how on earth I managed to actually make a film and get it listed in the first place.
