not horrible nor great

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

I recently had the chance to watch this Documentary in my college Sociology class and I have to say it's one of the best films I've seen in my life. I was aware that Racism was still running rampant through our country, but never to this extent. I never realized that men like James Byrd Jr. were still brutally murdered just because they happened to be a different race than someone else.Thankfully they don't show any pictures of James's body, but some of the descriptions people give are a bit grisly. I felt a little sick just imagining some of the things he had to go through. Other than that though, it's a beautifully done film and I think that it should be required that all college students view it at one time or another.
