SparkMore n my opinion it was a great movie with some interesting elements, even though having some plot holes and the ending probably was just too messy and crammed together, but still fun to watch and not your casual movie that is similar to all other ones.

Three years later, the snoopy and rookie Sunday Star Times journalist Donna Chisholm (Jodie Rimmer) meets Dougherty's lawyer Murray Gibson (Peter Elliott) in a party and convinces him to interview his client. Then she teams up with the scientist Arie Geursen (Tim Spite) that provides evidences for her. Soon Donna is convinced of David's innocence and obsessed by his case. Donna, Murray and Arie do not spare efforts to get a second trial for David and after three and a half years, he is free at last."Until Proved Innocent" is a surprisingly good drama of injustice based on the true story of David Dougherty, a man wrongly accused of abduction and rape. The plot is concise but enough to evolve the viewer in David's drama and hold the attention until the important last scenes, with the fate of each main character.
