Develiker terrible... so disappointed.
Kailansorac Clever, believable, and super fun to watch. It totally has replay value.
Motompa Go in cold, and you're likely to emerge with your blood boiling. This has to be seen to be believed.
Darin One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.
Coventry I hope that Mr. Andreas Schnaas is sincerely proud of what he achieved in the film business so far. Although only having made a couple of movies – really lousy ones, I may add – he already managed to build up a reputation that is a lot stronger and more infamous than the ones of other, much more talented horror directors that have been struggling for years without having anything to show for it. Exactly like its predecessor, "Violent blah part II" is a completely retarded and pointless movie. I'm not even sure if you can call it a movie, since there's absolutely no attempt to tell a story, form character drawings or to create tension. For 80 whole minutes, we simply follow a totally insane maniac as he randomly slaughters innocent people in the most repulsive and absurd ways. He's Karl The Butcher Junior; the mentally unstable son of the killer in part one and taught by his dominating mother to kill anyone whose path he crosses. After a totally irrelevant opening sequence – featuring mafia guys and Chinese Martial Arts fighters – Schnaas briefly hints that the character of Karl the Butcher is loosely (VERY loosely) based on the notorious German real-life serial killer Fritz Honka but that whole theory gets neglected almost right away. From then on, it's just extended images of how junior slices throats, hacks up body parts, blows brains out, amputates essential genitals and thoroughly disembowels peoples' stomachs. Really nothing is left to the imagination of the viewers, as we even explicitly witness how our slavering killer pierces a poor guy's testicles with a fishhook or how he works on a girl's vagina with a stapler. Yet, despite all the buckets of blood and gross make-up effects, this effort (or any of Schaas' other work) never becomes disturbing or even scary, due to the total lack of atmosphere. The actors & actresses, all of them without the slightest bit of experience, are terrible and the camera-work, editing and lighting are the most amateurish you'll ever see. Still, this movie can be "enjoyed" if you simply switch off all brain functions and prepare yourself for some of the vilest acts of violence that ever hit your TV-screen.
Teeeelicious Well, after watching the first 'Violent Shit' film, I couldn't help myself but watch the sequel because I couldn't comprehend how this movie could get much sicker than its predecessor. The plot is along the same lines as the first 'Violent Shit' except that the infamous Karl "The Butcher" who is slayed in the first 'Violent Shit' leaves behind his son Karl "The Butcher" Jr. to take over...with the help of his sick, twisted and perverted mother. Mommy dearest gives orders to Karl "The Butcher" Jr. and he listens, even if it's "motherly affection." This movie is one of the most disturbing and perverted movies I've ever seen as I thought nothing could top the first 'Violent Shit'. There is more of the same style slaughtering and torture in this film but with a sick twist on a relationship between a mother and son. If you're into shock value - or lots and lots of blood and guts - this film could make as the perfect Christmas present for you.
plaznihqyllnikaaf This one reminds me of the early works of Peter "Bad Taste" Jacksons. It's much better than the first one. There is better effects and it is also technically better. So if you like stupid (german) dialogue, sick effects and no plot, this one should do it. There's also refferences to other horror classics like Friday the 13th and Evil Dead. It's out on DVD, in a German Special Edition. All three Violent Shit movies+ tons of extra material, like Behind the scene, audio commentaries and slideshow. A must buy for splatter fans!
Zombie79 Well i finally got to see VS 2 and 3 together and my response to 2 is based on the fact that part 3 is so good.VS 2 basically repeats VS 1,but this time with an underlying plot about a reporter.Karl Jr is the killer here(he was born at the end of VS 1 if you remember)killing people for his mother or something.Anyway he wears a mask, and makes idiotic quips when he kills. This is basically like VS 1,a bad taste extravaganza.Nothing is too bizarre,or in too poor taste for the makers its seems and thats good,but....VS 2 drags its feet a little, and if youve seen the first it lacks the shock appeal. But the gore is improved,as is the films technique(maybe they bought a better camcorder!)and its good fun if you dont take it seriously. As for nastiness check out the scene where the dude gets hooked in the testes....ouch.
