The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

Movie is so predictable. Maybee its due to moderate editing. Overall concept & script was awesome. Dialogues are good too. Far better then most of Bollywood Movies .All movie is just rolling around 4 or 5 persons most of the time. As usual romance in Bollywood always so bad. , they are just looking at each other all the movie till the end,and background music make it worst.

A pawn and rook game checkmates the king but never learns to mind the surroundings...There's so much to appreciate about this film but somehow it falls short of being perfect.The good things first.Director Bejoy Nambiar choose the perfect cast for the film and manages to deliver a brilliant screenplay.The film starts off in style with a slow motion video song portraying the life of Daanish Ali(Farhan Akhtar) and his family.Right after it takes up the pace of a thriller.A cop and a chess grand master separated by time & connected by a similar tragedy meet together to hunt down their common evil king in this intelligent thriller.The plot is the most powerful part of this film.It uses the real life characters metaphorically with the chess pieces on a chessboard. Vidhu Vinod Chopra's story was exceptional in Bollywood.The film packs itself up in only 105 minutes which is quite rare in Bollywood.But its short duration and fast pace is its advantage as well as its disadvantage.The film runs apace and never waits for emotions to build up correctly.The presence or absence of the characters make no difference but the selfish plot keeps going.If only the director gave the movie a little more run time.Besides all other things are very impressive.The technique is a class in this movie and so are its dialogues.The music is also good.A rare duration & stylish screenplay make Wazir a unique film,some bonus stars for the intellectual plot; somehow I felt it is underrated.A must watch for those who often criticize Bolly movie plots.I bet you'll never be disappointed.

Directed by Bejoy Nambiar (David, Pizza, Shaitan). Screenplay n editing by Abhijat Joshi (Lage Raho Munna Bhai, 3 Idiots, PK, Broken horses). Cinematography by Sanu Varghese (Karthik Calling Karthik, Elektra). Good action thriller. One time watch. Farhaan acted very good. Aditi dint got chance to show her skills but she is a real beauty. Bachan, well the name is enuff. Awesome screen presence by Mr bachan. Editing was a lil bad at times. The first gun fight sequence was very good. Almost on par with Hollywood movies. It was as if I was playing my P.S. Twist was predictable but the movie kept me engaged. Neil was good for a brief role. John shud b applauded. As he courageously took a small role which many wud hav declined. Farhan looked like a real ATS officer. Hats off to the entire team for making a small but good thriller.

1st 5 Minutes..Tere Bin.. An awesome melodious song. Farhan sir in a new avatar.. Watching a movie with some one like him on a lead role itself sets a Very high expectation. Wazir.. Let's see how it goes. I will try to keep it short and simple.. Aditi Rao.. She looks stunning in her Comeback look.. Gorgeous.. Farhan is looking perfect in the role of a Honest Policemen who is also married to this beautiful lady and also, he is a father of a sweet girl.. Base is set up on Romance and love.. Seems like another..... Hmmm.... Let me not predict.. Movie is just started yet7th minute.. A peaceful family life.. Family roaming in the streets of CP.. Central park, new Delhi. Policeman spots one of his prey.. He is chasing them with his daughter inside the car.. Romance has been replaced by Suspense. The guy is an International criminal.. OMG.. 11th Minute.. Suspense is now Sorrow. The brave Policeman's Angel is no more.. She got shot by the Terrorist or criminals.. Scene Contra.. 1st 11 minutes was like a Mood swing.. 12th minute John's entry.. Awesome. Action sequence till next 5minutes was kl.. Felt like a Mixture of Contra strike and a bit of Max Payne mixed with some Tamil movies like stunts.. 21st minute.. Amitabh sir's entry.. Awesome.. 26th minute..very true.. Game and life are different.. Life happens only once.. Same Game can be played again and again.. 31st minute.. It seems like The Legless wise hornet had set the Innocent policeman Up.. But for a Good cause.. Smaart.. 36th minute.. Corrupt Pashmina silk maker turned minister.. Unfortunate truth of our corrupt society. Oops His angel is still angry.. 47th minute.. Legless Hornet spell his magic of Wisdom to unite the two united souls who got separated.. 57th minute.. Neal Nithin Mukesh as WAZIR.. Cool.. He looks like a Glittery messenger of Terror.. Well, I was wondering.. Where is john Abraham.. ? 1:18th minute.. Bang... Pandit Ji gone with the wind.1:21 john is in Srinagar, sipping some soup.. 1:29 After a small battle, The truth of Corrupt politician can out. The girl who never speaks spoke up revealed the truth.. Well as per John, Farhan had only 30seconds to evacuate.. Seems like a Time Wrapp.. 1:40 Awesomely summed up.. Great story and Great message with a pinch of happy ending. Well the thought that's bothering me is.. How did Farhan sir escaped after killing the Parasite..? I mean the villain of this movie.. ??
