AboveDeepBuggy Some things I liked some I did not.
BroadcastChic Excellent, a Must See
Afouotos Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
KnotStronger This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.
iheartbanhmi This film containers spoilers so don't read the section below if you want a surprise. We Are the Hartmans is many films in one: comedy, romance and social commentary. I liked the multiple story lines and ensemble cast. Also the "Dude You're Getting a Dell!" guy is in it too. My favorite character was the seductress who cosied up to the famous rock star who visited trying to save the rock club in perilous situation. There's no nudity so I'd say this film in safe for teenagers but not anyone under 13.This comedy is better than many comedies I've seen with wide releases. It's a shame that it never got to the big theaters.**SPOILERS BELOW!!!** Besides the many themes of the movie I really enjoyed the ensemble a number of hilarious scenes. The skinny dippers jumping into the pool, dude smoking weed before a job interview and guys watching football in drag.
bherbomm This is an awesome movie with a strong message! The music is probably the most defining element of the film and it creates an unique atmosphere. I like it. All the actors are excellent. And Richard Chamberlain is surprisingly convincing in a role different from what he usually plays. It is certainly quite a contrast to see him and see such a major transformation on screen. We are far from Ralph de Bricassart! Once more he shows his great talent portraying a totally different character. The film is funny but there is a lot of tenderness and sensibility. I had the impression to be a member of the family during all the movie... Congratulations to everyone at Team Hartman!
