Horrible, fascist and poorly acted
Organnall
Too much about the plot just didn't add up, the writing was bad, some of the scenes were cringey and awkward,
Gutsycurene
Fanciful, disturbing, and wildly original, it announces the arrival of a fresh, bold voice in American cinema.
Aneesa Wardle
The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

This is a film about three pretty young ladies from Hong Kong who work as sales agents who travel to a resort in Japan for the sole purpose of meeting and wooing millionaires. What follows is a typical HK comedy of the town, slapstick in double time, pratfalls and misunderstandings. The film is non essential viewing but its not all bad. When it slows down and the characters get to interact with each other there is a certain charm about it. It has some music in it and in general its okay. This territory of finding rich guys has, before and since, been well mined, but this is a watchable version of that premise. So, put it on, check your brains at the door and you'll be entertained just about enough to not wish to turn it off.
