I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

Save yourself because the characters couldn't figure it out. I've never reviewed a movie but I had to leave a warning about this one. Worst ending EVER! this movie was so-so then crashed hard.

Well,im not a notorious horror lover,most of all becaquse the plots are all the same. this film had also a familiar plot with an entity,a young scared girl,and two not so understanding parents.what i lioked from the director,was the sneaky way horrore came to surface,in fact i had to rewind the dvd several times to persept the thing.some jolts went trough my body through the film . its a film that ends with a ''figure out yourself''ending.nice filming and editing,enticing music,.well done acting and use of effects.i have seen scarier and better horror movies like ''the gift ''and ''the thing'',but it works.a 9 from me.

This horror movies just basic it's a horror movie expected to be like any other, moving to a haunted house, they suspect things happening in the house like things are moving, hearing noses, seeing suspicious things but they don't do anything about it then they fall asleep after the hearing the noises then turn lights off and when the ghost or the spirit kills people and puts them in the attic the neighbours don't notice the smell and they don't notice people going missing and nothing gets done about it and it's stupid I'm watching the Last scene right now and she's asleep and he's touching it she doesn't even realise I wake up at stupid and it wouldn't happen in real life.

This movie is sooooooooo boring. Family moves into a house where the previous family died, hears noises in the wall, the cat is freaked by the noises in the wall, things are moved... hmmmm what could it be? Pretty freakin obvious. The most ominous thing that happens after the first 30 minutes is a picture falling off the wall... ooooh so scary. It takes another 30 minutes -- a full hour into the film before you see anything mildly interesting. The concept is just so overdone and you will see it coming a mile away. Waiting for the family to figure it out is so incredibly dull. It doesn't even get interesting until the last 15 minutes and the ending is a real eye-roller since it's pretty obvious what's got to happen to the family. Yaaawwwn. If you want to save some time, watch this movie on fast forward until the last 15 minutes. Oh trust me, you won't need the dialogue to figure this one out pretty quick on fast forward and you will save yourself a lot of time.
