Reviews

Cathardincu Surprisingly incoherent and boring
Comwayon A Disappointing Continuation
Micah Lloyd Excellent characters with emotional depth. My wife, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed it...and me, too! Very good movie! You won't be disappointed.
Mehdi Hoffman There's a more than satisfactory amount of boom-boom in the movie's trim running time.
kliko400 This was just a mediocre PPV & it will definitely be forgotten sooner or later.FIRST MATCH- JAZZ W/ THEODORE LONG VS. TRISH STRATUS FOR THE WWE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP We saw their battle at Backlash & it was no different that this one. Jazz wins after that move she did to Trish at Backlash, that Gory Powerbomb sort of move. 3/10SECOND MATCH- BOOKER T VS. Christian FOR THE WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP This would have been a very good match if Booker T could of won. Booker T was dominating the whole match that was for sure. But unfortunately for him, Christian got a roll-up while using the ropes for the win to retain his WWE IC title. 4/10THIRD MATCH- ROB VAN DAM & KANE VS. LA RESISITANCE FOR THE WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Not a bad tag team match. It was okay as RVD & Kane make it a good match while La Resistance drag it down. RVD & Kane get the win after a Chokeslam followed by a Five Star Frog Splash by RVD on Rene Dupree for the win to retain their World Tag Team titles. 4/10FOURTH MATCH- GOLDUST VS. RICO Goldust wins after the Shattered Dreams on Rico. But no one cares. 2/10FIFTH MATCH- DUDLEY BOYS & SPIKE DUDLEY VS. CHRISTOPHER NOWINSKI, RODNEY MACK & THEODORE LONG {Theodore Long was added to the match as a punishment after interfering in the match between Jazz & Trish}. Nothing special in this match, Dudley Boys & Spike Dudley win after a 3-D on Theodore Long. 4/10SIXTH MATCH- TEST VS. SCOTT STEINER WINNER GETS STACY KEIBLER'S MANAGERAL SERVICES SPECIAL GUEST RING ANNOUNCER: STACY KEIBLER SPECIAL GUEST REFEREE: VAL VENIS Lame, just lame this match is so boring & who would want Manageral Services from Stacy Keibler. Test wins but nobody cares. 2/10SEVENTH MATCH- TRIPLE H W/ RIC FLAIR VS. KEVIN NASH W/ SHAWN MICHAELS IN A STREET FIGHT MATCH If this match took a little longer it would be the match of the night. But it took like 6 minutes or something I don't know. HHH gets the win after nailing Nash with a sledgehammer & pins him for the 3 count to retain his World Title. 4/10As I said this PPV will be forgotten as it is shocking & almost all the matches are boring.Overall: I'll give it 5/10 & a D
gridoon This PPV was shot in Newcastle, England in 2003. And if you missed it the first time around, there is no major reason to check it out now.1) Trish Stratus vs. Jazz (with Theodore Long) (for the women's title). Not very good. Jazz has an awesome body - she looks like a bodybuilder - but she does not move very fluidly in the ring. Trish just about saves the match with her great wrestling skills. **2) Booker T vs. Christian (for the intercontinental title). Pretty boring. It does have a lot of reversals, but both of these wrestlers need some acting classes - the "fake factor" of the match is all-too-apparent. ** 3) RVD and Kane vs. La Resistance (for the tag-team title). The "Frenchies" are a bore, but RVD and Kane are entertaining - especially their finishers. With better opponents, this could have been the match of the night. I also wish Kane didn't have to wear that awful mask. **1/24) Rico vs. Goldust. What, you expect a comment about this one? *1/2 5) Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel. Don't expect to see any highlight reel here. Basically, Jericho (the host), Eric Bischoff (invited guest) and Stone Cold Steve Austin (uninvited guest) talk to each other and the audience for about 15 minutes. All three, and especially Austin, do have charisma on the mic, but this whole segment is NOT exactly what I'm looking for in a wrestling program.6) The Dudley Boyz vs. Christopher Nowiski, Rodney Mack and Theodore Long (as a punishment by Austin, because he interfered in the women's match). All things considered, this is not as bad as it could have been. Fast-moving at least. **7) Scott Steiner vs. Test. Val Venis is the "special guest referee" and Stacy Keibler the "special guest announcer". Although I don't like Stacy's use as mere eye candy, she is SUCH eye candy that her presence is the highlight of this match. **8) Triple H (and Ric Flair) vs. Kevin Nash (and Shawn Michaels) (for the heavyweight title). Very bad as wrestling (1/2), decent as a streetfight (**1/2). Extremely predictable, but Michaels and Flair do bring a little life into it.P.S. Rest In Peace, Eddie Guerrero.
