Nicole I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

atul pahurkar movie Yuva movie start with very interesting mode but after some time 15min it becomes boring.. there are three story in this movie .. but all this three story are so boring and at the end it becomes connect each other . when you see movies it was so boring.. why mani ratnam made such bad movie ... my 2hr wast by this movie ....acting abhishek bachann acting is great in this moviesall heroin are wast ... karina looks very bad rani looks very mallu type hot..more cleavge she give ... final verdict 1star out of five ...don't watch this movie by mistake

gunsnsuj What else would you call a movie that has a little bit for everyone -- Yuva is an entertainer first -- of course it has a lot of firsts as well..the structure, for example, is something that is unique...all the 3 story lines start on Howrah bridge and how the director comes back to the Howrah bridge accident to take of to one of the 3 stories is poetic.. Songs add lustre to this painting and is very inherent to the flow. Anurag's dialogues are a huge plus -- I loved Om Puri's Bengali dialogues --"paranthu lekin" As far as the cast goes -- Ajay did really well as did Abhishek -- Among the ladies, I loved Esha. The Tamil version was not as engrossing as the Hindi version was, and I think that was primarily because of the cast. Mani is Mani...awesome movie.

bay6 I loved the way the movie was made even though many people made a hue and cry of lifting from am-ores pères...well i was lucky to watch both in a cinema hall and I couldn't sit the whole movie (am-ores..) I watched yuva (actually ayutha ezhuthu) twice! I still don't understand why many did not like it. The movie starts to sample 3 different life styles out of which two of them are quite true. The third one is the hero which can be seen as an element missing from the real world. Some one who can inspire thousands and bring about a revolutionary change. The idea of course must have been to portray the youth as the missing element and they must understand how the world would move unless they do something about it.

scarfaceKD03 This is a story about three different men who will later cross paths . The three men are Lallan , Arjun and Michael . Lallan , played by Abhishek Bachchan , is a criminal who was just released from jail and has a history of abuses his wife Sashi ( Rani Mukherjee ) . Then there is Michael ( Ajay Devgan ) . He is a student leader advocate who tries to help keep a corrupt politician , Prosonjeet Bhattacharya ( played by Om Puri ) away from the college elections which he is campaigning to win . Then there is Arjun ( played by Ajay Devgan ) who fell in love with Mira ( Kareena Kapoor ) , a girl he had just recently met and fell in love with . He is a youth with a carefree spirit willing to live his life in America . But then he joins Michael in politics . Slowly , the corruptness of the political battle will engulf Lallan , Arjun and Michael with violence . These three men will cross paths and the events that follow will change their lives forevermore.
