Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.

The film was still a fun one that will make you laugh and have you leaving the theater feeling like you just stole something valuable and got away with it.

sure it's sexist, gross, cruel, mean-spirited and offensively stupid, but that's what made it work. Mike Judge ("King of the Hill", "Silicon Valley") is an humble intelligent person who was very creative when he came up with the premise of this show, about two idiots that present the 90's stereotype of the slackers who loves heavy metal. the premise is simple as it could be, beavis and butt-head watch TV, go to school, work at burger world or just wonder around somewere and do something incredibly stupid that's how they do things. Butt-head is my favorite out of the two, he has very little Common sense but still dumb as a brick, but i like him better then Beavis who is beyond the realm of reality in terms of common sense and complete idiot.the music video segments are just a gimmick for MTV (which made sense at the time) and also padding the episode because of their short 5- min length it's not really bad idea and great way to introduce to music videos that you never heard of or looking for. there's so many animated shows that has the similar type adult humor, but the reason it works here it's because it's a very interesting satire on MTV's generation X (90's) and it's culture about blaming the media for dumbing down society. it's a comedy that never ever supposed to be taken seriously. it has flaws, like the earlier seasons 1&2 are kinda mixed-bag with some OK episodes and some bad ones, with the crude animation and not really funny. but from season 3 and on-wards it's much better writing and better animation. also "Beavis & Butt-head" were the unofficial mascots for MTV for 5 years during their run. their movie "do America" is just amazing, one of the best TV to big picture along side "spongebob: the movie". when "beavis and butt-head" was revived in 2011 for the season 8, 14 years after it ended. despite the creator mike judge returning to make the series revival, i was a bit skeptical at first. since today's MTV is so far form what is was during it's hay-day. i was worried it will ruin what was considered a classic series. i was completely surprised how good the revival was. a rare occasion where revival season 8 was as good as the original series with classic style B&B episodes and high quality animation, and the only good program on today's MTV. too bad it only lasted few months. my only nitpick with the revival was adding reality shows with the music video segments which feel so out-of- place for beavis and butt-head. seriously from all the reality garbage they had to include the bottom-of-the-barrel like "jersey shore" and "16 and pregnant" oh, well at least they're been mocked by the duo.

This show is the worst thing of life. It is so stupid and the two characters are mentally challenged. The animation is so cancerous and I think I have a brain tumor now. How did people enjoy this in the 90s. I couldn't stand all the "huhuhuhuhuhuuhuh" that would happen throughout the whole show. They are by far the stupidest characters in any show I ever watched. I don't even know how anyone can stand these two morons with their bad adventures. How can I even write 10 lines to about this garbage show. I showed my friend who watched it as a kid and he said it was terrible and that he doesn't remember it being that bad. He quote on quote said" It is the dumbest show I have ever seen it just two retarded kids doing dumb things with no story or plot". This is what he said and I completely agree with his statement.

In the 90's MTV had an identity little cable networks can match. They appealed to the youth with its terrific shows like "TRL: Total Request Live" and "Yo! MTV Raps." Even when it first introduced the reality television phenomenon it's mostly known for now, it held its creative and enlightening manner with the beginning seasons of "The Real World," "Making the Video," and even "The Grind" had mass appeal. All these shows centered on the theme which the network has lost focus of in the last ten years or so, MUSIC. Go figure. It's Music Television and they hardly show it any longer. One of the best things on MTV in the 1990's was Mike Judge's very controversial yet hilariously funny "Beavis and Butt-head." These two whimsical, giggling teenagers got themselves in many situations with the goal of "scoring" in my mind. When not trying to pick up the ladies, they sat around their house watching music videos and offering up hysterical commentary. The decision to reignite the series after its end in 1997 was probably one of the best decisions MTV has had for itself in years. A breath of fresh air has been brought back to the network encompassing the same great humor it had before but holding nothing back. The first four episodes have poked fun of teen series sensation Twilight with Beavis and Butt-head trying to become members of an undead cult in order to get girls, "Teen Mom," Katy Perry, and the Jersey Shore crew. Its MTV's answer to great adult animated cartoons like South Park and Family Guy but will not crash and burn like Ren & Stimpy did during their "call backs." I expect great things from this and for it to succeed. Catch the hilarious duo on Thursday nights at 10:00pm on MTV!

That's right these boys are like The Three Stooges without their boss, Moe-to beat the crap out of them. These boys get into a lot of trouble, and gets hurt-like the stooges themselves. Beavis and Butthead works for Burger World; Their diet is mostly junk food with an appetite for nachos; And some of their nemesis includes Coach Buzzcut, Principal McVicker, and their own neighbor, Tom Anderson. It is perhaps one of Cable TV's greatest show ever... And it now gets better. So anyway, this happens to a great show that really knows about what's going on in the world of entertainment. And the boys usually lots of great reviews; Mostly on Videos that are shown on MTV, and its related shows.
