Intense, gripping, stylish and poignant
Holstra
Boring, long, and too preachy.

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
Doomtomylo
a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

Hi, perhaps it is part of her disguise but why would a very active spy put on very high heels when dressing in the morning? It just isn't plausible! She always ends up running somewhere which is downright dangerous in huge heels. Is this product placement gone mad?Otherwise the acting is pretty good and the story is plausible, so the tension is maintained - especially when things do not go as Annie (and the viewer) expect. Why are Annie's sister and family missing in the latest series? They provided a good "grounding" for Annie and a contrast to her spying world, and would have added another level to Annie's secret life off the grid for 6 months. Leaving them out of this series was a mistake.

With all those great shows being canceled how is it possible for this show to continue??? I mean Piper Perabo is amazingly unbelievable as a CIA Operative. An then she is supposed to be the best in many years according to the test she got as a trainee?? The Real CIA most be falling on the floor laughing about the disinformation this show creates. A stupid talentless obvious performance. The only one in this show that acts believable or just acts good is Peter Gallagher. The writing and the acting are at best terrible. I felt i got more stupid watching this show than watching Jerry Springer! Somebody involved in producing this show must be related to a network executive and that combined with a lot of stupid teenage viewers unfortunately. They would be better of watching paint dry. Please cancel this show and I will sleep better at night!

I'm not a big fan of spy shows in general but could not endure yet another rerun of an outdated Law & Order episode. Compared to the CSIs of Miami who wear spikes and low cut tops to every crime scene, at least Annie Walker makes appropriate wardrobe choices for each assignment. Toward the end of the last season however, I did notice Annie getting a bit cocky and a might careless in her actions. She wait only a second or two before entering an area an enemy has just walked away from; what if the guy decided to turn back because he forgot something? In any case, watching the reruns on Sunday, June 22 I realized I missed the last few episodes of the last season entirely and am now caught up. I really didn't expect Henry to finally be put to rest after Annie and her back up team seemed like a crew of amateurs in every episode up to the last 15 minutes of the very last episode. Thankfully the "Henry" saga isn't being dragged into yet another never ending chase sequence for another season. I am glad it ended the way it did and not just with Annie being face to face with him at the end making us wait for the first episode of the new season to find out what happened. Fortunately she had the will to pull the trigger at the end and I'm also very grateful she got away from the guy who was just about to begin torturing her for information. That was sickening even to think about and I'm glad it ended quickly and she got away from him and a frightful fate. I do look forward to the new season set to begin on Tuesday, June 24th I believe. I only hope that each plot begins and ends quickly and moves on to the next. I hate spending the entire season chasing after one bad guy.

I've seen all three series and am now watching series 4 unfold. Until this latest one I liked it very much. The main characters really go into their roles. With a good storyline to get you want to watch the next episode. In the fourth season the two main characters start dating each other. That takes too much of the nice storyline which you could see in the first three series. I will finish watching season four, but if those two don't break up soon I'm done with it. So be smart and just watch until the end of season three, the writers seem to have lost their ability to give the series a nice twist. If you quit after season three you will miss what happened to one of the main characters.
