There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

I was forced to watch a few episodes of this with my old girlfriend like 15 years ago. For some reason I saw the series available online and watched the first episode from the beginning of the 4th Season... I had to watch it all and go on the roller coaster. My heart was taken back on several occasions on how I really miss Manhattan and the life experience. Coincidentally I lived in New York City when this was airing and so much if it reminds me of my time I spent in New York in my 20's. So much reminds me of what it was like to live in NY, the friends you make, the City, the expectations, love life, living and just struggling for success. The casting and acting is amazing. To me its stood the test of time. The subject matter is still relevant today. The City has changed a little but not that much that if you went back to Bleecker Subway stop or Dean and Delucca's... it's still the same, the experience is still similar. I recall so may friends carrying their luggage on the street, just as Felicity does at theme song start. The cast brings is all together. There isn't one string that I wasn't interested in. There isn't a weak link in the thread. The writing and directing holds back on making Felicity or other characters emotional to their credit. Just when you think she should lose it or others should lose it they have a talent for developing the drama without the tears or shouting... the dialogue is brilliant. And the music is amazing. This is now my all time favorite TV Drama ever.

This is supposed to be about college life trials and tribulations. However, nothing could be further from the truth. The show starts out well with the right idea , then after the first few episodes, the show is nothing more that teen soap opera with all characters centering their whole lives around what's happening with Felicity, Ben and Noel.No one suffers any real consequences for bad actions here as it is all excused because of being in love. Real life is not really like this and neither is college. This is a nice fantasy show for people who don't have to work for a living. The only real characters are Megan and Sean. They are somewhat enjoyable to watch. They are annoying, but at least they are real.If you have to face real life everyday without a safety net, you'll hate this show.

This is one of the stupidest shows I've ever seen. The actors not only look 20 years older then their characters, but they act like it which makes all their interactions seem completely fake. The entire college premise makes no sense, since it's only used as background setting and mostly ignored when it suits the writers. The whole show is utterly clichéd, everyone speaks in breathy whispers, the sentimental music is mind numbing, and the storyline is just an endless cycle of cheating, breaking up, getting back together, and then repeat. The characters themselves are shallow, vapid and completely self-absorbed and lack any redeeming qualities. If these people were real, and they all died in a horrible bus crash, I would stand up and clap. This show is literally Days of Our Lives with better production values, and J.J. Abrams should be ashamed of himself for executive producing it. Honest to God, he should be forced to make a public apology every single day for the remainder of his life for unleashing this failed abortion of a show on the unsuspecting public.

The show Felicity brings me to a time when I was in college and had many of the same experiences struggling in a Huge University in NYC. The music is nostalgic, the characters are real and the city is timeless. Some of the best advice in my own personal life came from our best friend, Sally. I truly enjoyed the first two seasons, where the writers covered a lot of the college experience. When they showed her struggling with classes, dealing with professors, and handling dorm room/ RA pressures. But they developed the story properly over the years, since it was normal to move out of the dorms by your Jr year and no longer struggle with typical college drama. It eventually developed into dealing with NYC drama in general. Something in which only people who live and work in NYC can truly understand. I enjoyed the way in which Felicity matures in the show, from a wide eyed college freshman to a stronger yet trivial college Senior. The change is very apparent in her physical appearance as well as in her behavior. However, she always still maintains her Felicity qualities. Overall, one of the best shows I have ever watched.
