Plantiana Yawn. Poorly Filmed Snooze Fest.
Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
Taraparain Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.
Guillelmina The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
cetaceangel To answer the question, "Where are they now?," and "Whatever happened to..." Brent Spiner has provided the answer with a twist in these 5 minute long mini-episodes called "Fresh Hell." The premise introduces a doppleganger of the actor in an alternate reality where each day is some new, fresh hell for someone who once had it all. Kat Steel plays Brent's next door neighbor, Dakota, who seeks Brent's help with her budding acting career and each installment brings in some new, quirky twist to the Data-turned-Charlie-Sheen-has-been actor who must, after his fall from grace, must try to maintain composure with slimy agents and insane managers. The episodes keep getting funnier and the second season promises to be funnier and edgier.
Guy Nohrenberg Brent Spiner, known to fans of Star Trek as Data, is again leading the pack in technology, this time instead of Warp Drive, it's Entertainment Technology. In his series Fresh Hell, Brent plays himself, playing himself, in a role, as himself, surrounded by some very attractive new actors, and very hot, passionate, quirky and perky talented new women! Consider this, you work a hard day. You come home and turn on the TV from a Satellite Dish or Cable that you pay way too much for. You watch pre-programmed shows with the same old plots and the same old actors or… same old style of actor. "He or she is mad and he or she is a cop who has a gun". Yawn, right? Of course. THEN, as a reward for your hard day at work, you have to watch this when they are playing it, and it's convenient for the Television Network to show you after they pump your brain full of 15 or more minutes worth of advertisements for your one hour that you have to be there if you want to watch your show… Sucks huh… Well try this: Come home, click the button on your ROKU or Computer. Grab a glass of wine and watch Brent Spiner on Fresh Hell, WHEN YOU WANT IT, and HOW YOU WANT IT. He doesn't carry a gun (as far as we know). He carries his wit, his hot female friends, and goes about his storybook life (not like we thought) trying to get work while combating his being stereotyped as "Data" in every audition he gets, and he has his hot, very genuinely funny and fun to watch friends. So it's like a new, fresh, Internet-at-your-convenience Seinfeld of the 22nd century! I thought Brent was like Data. Noooo.. Brent Spiner is a quick witted Bob Newhart/Don Rickles/Jerry Seinfeld of our generation! He's a joy to watch and very fun to follow both here and in his Facebook postings. Did I mention his hot friends??? Kat Steel. OK, Kat, as you read this, don't think you're not pretty, because you certainly are, BUT, you're FUNNY! I look forward to seeing more of you… let me qualify that… more of you acting and giving people a hard time ON SCREEN! Brent and Kat are a perfect dramatic and comedic pair. Watch "Fresh Hell" and you'll find it's a Fresh NEW Fun way to enjoy your evenings when you get home! Guy Nohrenberg Simi Valley
