Nothing too crazy here but it's a humble and honoring look into a specific cultural world (that ups the ante of even the usual frustration of asian dramas where you'd hope your protagonist would say what they really feel...given the context). But what can connect with a larger audience is figuring out where to stand in the tension between what one ought to do and what one wants.
