WasAnnon Slow pace in the most part of the movie.
NekoHomey Purely Joyful Movie!
Supelice Dreadfully Boring
Cassandra Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
lyrikalangelicexstacy Diego is very different than Dora. He doesn't voyage out to Strawberry Mountain but does good things for the environment. He cleans up landscapes and helps baby animals find where they belong. He wears proper attire and of course, Rescue Pack provides everything else.He is supposed to be a male Dora, but he does way more than Dora does. He talks about exotic animals that my two year old niece recites perfectly with him. Diego does deal with dangerous animals, but as he says "He is an animal rescuer" and had to work for his Animal Rescuer Patch, which is easily explained to children. Diego is fun and light hearted with catchy beats.
KARS01 My daughter loves both Diego and Dora but she definitely prefers Diego. Although Diego is a spin off of Dora, the show is good and my daughter learned so much about animals. She is 3.5y-o and she knows a lot more than the children of her age. We watch the show in French - teaching English words - and my daughter loves it. With Dora, my daughter is getting a little bit fed up. I think she has seen it all and therefore prefers diego. However, I think both shows are important and involve the kids. I recommend Dora and Diego to all parents and children who do not want their children to be couch potatoes.I think that a show involving children both physically and mentally is a must see TV.
rich674 Alright, I watched the show today to see what it was like, even though I'm a bit to old, just to compare with the other show that makes me gag - Dora the Explorer. I found that Go, Diego, Go is the same practical thing as Dora. Same irritating voice for both characters, same "can you help me do this", same crummy-sounding songs, same Spanish language (though this isn't a bad thing), and worse of all - same basic plot.In Dora, you are there trying to get to somewhere by three separate locations on the map (make sure you know the locations, the map reads them off 4 to 5 times), then when you get there, you act like a moron, andthe show is over. On Diego, you are trying to get somewhere (only with a dangerous animal that would probably rather kill you than kindly follow you), then when you get there, you act like a moron and the shows over.No huge difference in both crap shows to me. And somebody ought to get rid of the person who does that dreadful annoying voice for Diego and Dora.
AlrightGuy I hate to tear down something that tries to be positive, but this show has some serious problems. First of all, everyone has already gone over how unoriginal the show is, how it's just Dora for boys. That is no big deal, though. My issue with this program is the message it sends kids:Baby wild animals are friendly and adorable and they NEED YOUR HELP.We live in Alaska, where coming across bears is a very real possibility. All I can picture is Diego finding a baby bear:DIEGO: Oh, look, a baby bear! He needs our help! BABY JAGUAR: Rowr! DIEGO: Look, here comes Mama Bear. She wants to give us a thank-you hug! You're welcome, Mama BeaaaAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!Teach kids respect for nature and love of animals, that's great. But they need to learn that wild animals are wild and should be left alone. After one episode, we never watched this show again and never will.
