stephanie-85859 Got hooked in with the first few episodes, then watched it as a comedy cos it was so bad, especially the acting. Oh and don't expect the people with guns to win in a fight with a sword!!! What nonsense!!!

ed321 What's it about? A group of family and friends gather on a secluded island for a wedding celebration, but the island's murderous past catches up with them. A cross between a soap opera, a slasher movie, I know what you did last summer and an Agatha Christie whodunnit.The tight plotting is full of twists and turns that will keep you guessing right until the end. The performances from the leads to minor roles were superb, couldn't be faulted, especially Elaine Cassidy as Abby Mills. There were just too many characters, it was a tad confusing. I must admit there was fun in the grisly anticipation that someone was going to be killed in a gruesome way rather like The Walking Dead. Just part of the appeal of horror shows/movies. All in all, it's a very compelling, enjoyable romp.

Clifford Nelson This is a standard horror movie format, except it takes a while to develop. It starts out so positive, and you see people killed. When is the wedding party going to notice that some or their party have died. Initially it almost looks supernatural. Then it seems that the murders are following pattern a man killed 7 years, but is dead, so it must be a copycat. Eventually it seems like the few remaining members of the party have no hope as each is picked off despite precautions. Finally you are led to believe all are dead, but they are not. Draws you in very well, and the action keeps up with various twists. I disliked the little girl Madison. She immediately seems to be trouble, and she always seems to be trouble. Sort of spoils her role. She should have appeared innocent at the beginning, and changed with the story. It does pull you in and you want to know what happens next. Also absolutely needs to be seen in order which is not a problem if seen on DVD. Watch it.

mformoviesandmore This series has moderate acting talent, a constraint that scenes need to be viewable on a mainstream channel, and a budget that doesn't allow much (any?) CGI.It is about relatively attractive people dying 'one by one'.So if this were a movie it would likely end up with a 5.2 rating.Instead it is an entertaining series that very successfully keeps the basic premise ticking along nicely for thirteen episodes. There are sufficient plots twists and they keep flowing all the way through to the last episode.In a series of this nature there is no point trying to plug EVERY possible hole in the script, but they do an admirable job. If you are prepared to go in with a positive viewpoint you will find this great fun.
