EP1 Episode 1 (第一回) Jun 06, 1975

Kamon Ryo lazes around his apartment as various people discuss him: in a car, his boss chats about him with a woman, saying that Ryo is eminently lovable; in a mental institution, Ryo's sister damns him; in a motorcycle shop, the proprietor is surprised to learn Ryo's in town. After Ryo collapses on his way to work at the nightclub, he goes to the doctor, who tells him nothing is wrong -- but the doctor is hiding something. Ryo also meets a mysterious cop who seems to have all the answers.

Ryo's set at the bar is interrupted by a violent acquaintance from his past. Detective Shirato intervenes, and starts putting on a show for the bar: a detailed and lively description of the 300 million yen investigation, to Ryo's alarm.

Inspector Shirato has invaded Hachimura's motorcycle garage and has decided to live there, to shake down Hachimura for information. Meanwhile, Ryo gets a new neighbor, learns an unpleasant truth, and flies off the handle.

Shirato burglarizes and trashes Ryo's apartment. Ryo goes to his boss/pimp/lover Nonomura's place for the night, but Nonomura gets seriously nasty. Upon his return home, Ryo discovers his invalid sister has been moved in without his knowledge...

Yatou Takeshi, the belligerent Group Sounds singer, returns and commits a class A felony. Meanwhile, the world's gayest gangster crashes his car into Hachimura's house and tries to get it on.

Synopsis

Kamon Ryou, a guitar-playing male prostitute in a decadent downtown bar of Yokohama, is a man of many secrets: he was the culprit of the unsolved "300 Million Yen Robbery" of 1968, he has a lot of nasty friends that are trying to steal the money away from him, and he is dying of a malignant brain tumor...
