Lieutenant Rick Hunter, now of San Diego Police Department, along with his 'new' partner Sergeant Dee Dee McCall, must track down a group of women bank robbers who appear to be behind bars when the crimes occur, while simultaneously looking for an ex-con he put away who has just been released and is now on a vengeful crime wave.
