EP137 Debate x Among x Zodiacs Jul 08, 2014

To ensure that Netero's last wish will be followed, Ging convinces the other members of the Zodiacs to procede with the election according to some rules defined by him. However, after the first round of voting, a winner is not decided and a second round begins. Meanwhile, Illumi informs Hisoka about Gon's condition and asks for his help to ensure Killua's safety as well, in a plan that somehow involves a fifth, yet unrevealed member of the Zoldyck siblings.

With the elections in a stalemate, Pariston, the current vice-president proposes a new set of rules to his fellow Zodiacs in order to solve the impasse, but the others know that he actually plans to make use of this to secure a victory for himself. Meanwhile, Illumi asks for Hisoka's help to stop Killua's plans, and with elections yet to reach a conclusion, the Zodiacs keep arguing about a possible way to bring it to end.

Killua is allowed by his family to leave the Zoldick estate with his sister, but only under supervision of several butlers with orders to bring them home if he ever leaves Alluka's side or allows any of their secrets to be leaked. Meanwhile, Leorio appears and confronts Ging, asking him why he had not ever paid a visit to Gon at the hospital yet.

Gotoh is killed by Hisoka, while the other butlers keep following Killua until he manages to shake them off. Meanwhile, Illumi uses his needles to take control of several people to assist on his plans and when news of it come to the Association, a team of Hunters is assembled to bring him to justice, while some of them decide to take advantage of it in order to win the election.

Gon apologizes to Kite for not being strong enough to save him. Kite tells him they'll always be friends and that he should go get to know his dad. Gon returns to the Election Hall only to find a note that Ging has gone to the World Tree. Gon, Killua, and Alluka journey to the World Tree where Killua reveals Alluka's powers to Gon. Killua vows to protect his sister and says farewell to Gon, promising they'll meet again. Gon in turn promises to introduce Killua to Ging when they meet again.

Gon climbs to the top of the World Tree where Ging is expecting him, and the two finally have a heart to heart. Synopsis

Twelve-year-old Gon Freecss one day discovers that the father he had always been told was dead was alive. Gon, determined to follow in his father's footsteps, decides to take the Hunter Examination and eventually find his father to prove himself as a Hunter in his own right. But on the way, he learns that there is more to becoming a Hunter than previously thought, and the challenges that he must face are considered the toughest in the world.

Edwin The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
eberthume Hunter X Hunter is a show that I absolutely can't let go of, Ive now watched it two times and have read the manga and yet I still want more, I still find myself listening to the ops/ends and just thinking about it. Why you may ask, simply because this anime is near perfect, and is miles above pretty much every Shonen anime with over a 100 eps. The story is compelling with constant new scenarios and characters and tones, it NEVER gets old or repetitive. The characters are some of the most lovable and relatable characters ever in an anime. The animation, holy crap the animation is excellent, there isn't a single episode in its ENTIRE 148 ep run, where the animation looks bad or cheap, it's consistently fantastic and has some amazingly animated fight scenes. There are so so so many things I can say about this anime, about the music, the different arcs etc. But I'm just going to say this, if you haven't watched HxH, watch it. You WON'T regret it.
rsantibanezab The firsts arcs of the series are very good, for 8 or 9 stars, but, honestly, the Quimera Ant arc is perfect, for 12 start if that could be possible. This arc have a strong philosophical background, with amazing questions, and the fight between the parts are without hate (something what the little Gon can't understand).Anyway, a masterpiece.
Meet Rajani I don't often write reviews, but I felt I have to for HxH.After watching Naruto, Bleach, One piece (still ongoing and should go on forever), steins gate, psycho pass, full metal and few more I can assure you this anime should not be missed at any cost.I was so addicted to this one, I used to take the laptop to my bathroom to watch the episode. really gutted the manga artist had to take the break due to his health issues and it has not been resumed since then but nonetheless 148 episodes are mind-blowing.will not spoil the story but killua netero and kurapika are really special characters.Don't F**IN MISS IT.
superproherohunter If you want awesome fights that drag out for 30 episodes and have explosions and crap then it may not get good for you. It is more intelligent and dark and it involves minimal to no ass pulls so the plot is very well though out. The first 3 episodes are pretty dull but then it gets decent and once you get to the phantom troupe are (Starts episode 36) you wont want to stop assuming this type of anime is in your taste. I also have to say you cant just skip straight to the Chimera arc because what this anime does best is character development so you wont have the same feels when you watch the Chimera Arc which BTW is one of (if not) the best arc in anime history.
