The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.

Just intense enough to provide a much-needed diversion, just lightweight enough to make you forget about it soon after it’s over. It’s not exactly “good,” per se, but it does what it sets out to do in terms of putting us on edge, which makes it … successful?

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

Yes, absolutely, there is fun to be had, as well as many, many things to go boom, all amid an atmospheric urban jungle.

Little Charmers is like a crossover between Strawberry Shortcake and Bratz just with magic. It takes a little bit to warm up to it but eventually you start to realise how cute and adorable it really is especially with all the bright beautiful and sparkly colours. The three main characters all have individual personalities and their own special talent. They don't have huge depth but what do you expect from a children's show. While the show has some really nice aspects I think they got lazy with the music and some of the story lines repeat themselves. Since this show hasn't been going for very long there is no excuse for copying already done episodes. It's nothing revolutionary but it's something sweet and innocent to watch when you feel cheerful.
