SoftInloveRox Horrible, fascist and poorly acted
Peereddi I was totally surprised at how great this film. You could feel your paranoia rise as the film went on and as you gradually learned the details of the real situation.
bvahid The story of the serial is heavily influenced by storytelling and directing, the negative personality of the story has been badly portrayed in terms of personality and narrative. An ip that could be unparalleled turned into an Identity serial.Score of more than 6 can not be given to this series.
brianhudson75 I can't wait for season 2! And I don't get all the naysayers, it's a great show and fun to watch.
cpbigalke I'm not very familiar with the original series but this version has plenty to keep you entertained. I love sci-fi and I wasn't disappointed with the ships, vehicles, tech, science, or especially the robot! The robot was an excellent character even without very many lines. You start to really bond with the family a couple episodes in. I felt like they all had very good chemistry. Lots of twists and turns and not sure what's going to happen next without being corny. Of course there's room to grow with more science and the writing but if you want to get into a Netflix sci-fi show that's fun I recommend this one!
timotei12 After the first episode, not once did I feel that anyone was in danger. The "family" treated each other terribly. Each scene jumped to the next without any warning, completely removing any engagement in what was going on. The pacing and writing do NOT lend themselves to building anticipation and the "highly trained" astronauts acted more like catty, incompetent, overly reactionary creeps. At one time I actually found myself rooting for the bad woman because the rest of the crew were completely odious, and this is coming from someone who likes both lead actors in other roles, from better shows. And dont get me started on the lack of mechanical and scientific knowledge in the show. This is a great example of "style over substance. " All characters act like adolescent girls, I'm sure because that's the maturity level of the writing team. A problem I see repeated as the main complaint from most viewers. Very disappointed.
