The movie runs out of plot and jokes well before the end of a two-hour running time, long for a light comedy.
Janae Milner
Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.

what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.

Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.

I found all the episodes very stupid, I mean, the characters of this TV show look idiots, I mean, I can't identify this TV show to anybody in the world. I'm not gonna lie that the show is pretty funny, I've laughed out loud once or twice, but that doesn't save the TV show from the disaster that it is. I found the concept interesting and each episode's plot as well, but I say it again, the bad thing that they've done with the show was the job they've done with the characters that in this case, are a very important element, I think the worst of the show was Teri Polo.Sow, I guess the show has been canceled by now (Wich was not a bad idea), so don't bother to watch a single episode, if the show was still on, I would recommend you to watch a few episode, you would enjoy the episode and you would might have a few good laughs but you'll just not enjoy the characters-most of them- which will make you find some actors annoying. Honestly, I think I would handle one more season.Man Up: 6.5/10 Good TV show, but it still had the potential to be much better, if they didn't create childish characters, this would give an entertaining and funny show.

Man Up is funny! It doesn't insult you with canned studio audience laughter. It provides fresh characters with depth and emotions. No cardboard cutouts spitting out punch lines, instead there is creative banter, which I suspect much of it is improvisation.Fast moving plots keep boredom far away and the laughter rolling. This has moved up into the ranks of "The Office" for me. I really really enjoy this show and I hope ABC doesn't cancel it.I am trying to figure out why it is only a 6 so far on the user ratings??? It is silly, but it is very witty. If you haven't watched it I would recommend giving it a shot!

This show is funny and I am totally impressed with each of the show themes so far! I can really relate being a 42, I mean 43 year old guy with a family. Thank god for this show as it gives me and my wife tons of laughs every time I have watched it! Nice to see a smart comedy that is centered around the middle aged family and man or normal type of divorced or single guy. I have to say that this show is a hilarious TV comedy in the mix of all of the garbage out there. So far I have seen 5 episodes so I haven't missed an episode yet! Please don't cancel it ABC, it would be a big mistake! I can't wait to see what happens next in the seasons to come.

I started watching this show with my expectations set on low, but Man Up really surprised me. This show is about a group men that talk about their life, Will (Mather Zickel) who is married with Theresa (Teri Polo) have as best friends Kenny (Dan Fogler) who is Theresa brother, and Craig (Christopher Moynihan); to the mix you can add that Kenny ex wife Bridgette (Amanda Detmer) is Theresa best friend and her new boyfriend Grant (Henry Simmons) is introduced to the men group, but when Will, Kenny and Craig are grow up "nerds", Grant is the opposite of them. Every episode has a different subject but you can watch the little "nuances" about late 70's early 80's people, from a lot of Starwars references to gaming syntax.I think you need to watch this show if you are from 25 to 40 years old.
