Just as she's about to confess the affair Marley starts choking on a chicken bone, her drunken husband intercedes and removes the bone, only to choke and die himself. Michael and local Vicar soon follow, dying, and Marley's gift, she can still see them.A brilliant show, like Rentaghost for the year 2015, it was genuinely funny, utterly original and imaginative, I can see huge scope for this show, (if it's recommissioned) there are so many ways they can go with this.The eternally beautiful Sarah Alexander is a wonderful comedy actress, I'm assuming she has a portrait in her attic which is ageing and rotting! She's showed her worth many times, must re- watch Worst week of my life.Nicholas Burns, Jo Joyner and of course John Hannah were wonderful. Absolutely loved Mina Anwar, a true comic performer, seemingly reprising her role from the Sarah Jane Adventures, as the dotty neighbour living opposite strange goings on.Please please please recommission it please!!! 8/10
