Just finished watching Mixology, its hilarious. The fact that this show is getting either 1 or 5 stars means its not for everyone, you either love it or hate it. But whoever gets it, I am sure they will love it. Don't just go by the negative reviews. Give it a shot to judge it yourself.Its different, not your regular day to day show. The jokes are funny. All the characters did a great job. Also as they say for shows on Network - if its good, its going to get canceled soon! :) I would love to see a second season of this show. May be with same cast, but a different situation.

Just finished watching Mixology. Loved it. It was canceled after just 1 season but I think it just aired on the wrong network (its on Netflix now). Its a very funny and entertaining show with a great cast and clever writing. It's about 5 men and 5 women in a bar all trying to get laid by last call. Don't take it too seriously though. The show is meant to be taken with a grain of salt. If you enjoy satire and grew up watching sitcoms, definitely give this show a try. 7.5/10I hope they pick it back up again on another network. Maybe HBO. FX?Not sure how they could keep it fresh though. They would have to make it an anthology series and get fresh actors, new scenarios, new bar..etc. I really love Maya and Tom together. As well as Bruce and Jessica. Great chemistry.

So I just finished watching this and... I feel empty. This has to be one of the best shows I've ever seen and not to mention, funniest. When I found out that there wouldn't be a second season, a part of me died. I get that this show revolves around ONE night, but one does not simply make a great first season to then just stop. I couldn't care less about all the negativity this show has received. Apparently it's a lot easier to just row down the mainstream by criticizing Mixology rather than watching the whole thing. People are so closed-minded these days. I know it has a lot of offensive jokes, but in all honesty this is what goes down in a bar, what did you people really expect?PS. I'm so sad that Ron and Liv didn't get together, but I'm pretty sure that when she got back from that India-trip they would find their way back to each other.

This show is a perfect example when a show is too good for its audience and it is aired in the wrong network, just like DON'T TRUST THE BITCH IN APARTMENT 23. Both shows had smart writing, comedic wit to spare and a great cast, but they were both too smart for audiences that would rather have the juvenile humor of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and THE KING OF QUEENS, two shows that overstayed their welcome by at least 5 seasons and could have not been more overrated. Everyone in the cast shines. The concept was great and it is unfortunate that we will not see what other directions the series would have taken, but at least it was given the chance to end and it was given a good resolution to all its characters for the short one season it lasted.
