When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

Terrible acting , boring and a long haul in something that probably could've been done in an hour. None of the characters were very likeable, it took me a long time to finish as I either got bored mid episode or fell asleep.

This detective genre is one of my favorites and I have loved shows such as Luther, The Fall, Broadchurch, Wallander and many more. However, this show was terrible in so many ways. The storyline was weak and the casting was awful. Yes we got the locations and the photography was great. What was bad about this show was the cast lead by Indira Varma and Polly Walker acted like she was in a pantomime. Overall the acting was amateurish and I hope they are not going to make any more! Thank goodness they are making another series of Luther to make up for this load of trash!

I spent 6 episodes before I was interested in the story. The only reason I forced myself through them all was that I thought to myself "only 8 episodes, and only one season. I can do this" every 10 minutes. Nina Suresh, one of the main leads, is a poorly written character, and I cannot believe a veteran such as Indira Varma said yes to this role. She (Nina) is unbelievably annoying, silly, and acts extremely selfish and unprofessional. I don't think anyone would hold any job if they behaved like Nina. She irritated me throughout the entire season, which is very sad, because I usually find Indira Varma a pretty decent actress. I guess she did her role truly well. Only half as annoying, but still very much so - is her "german counterpart", their Skype- detective Linda Felber. Why were these female characters written to appear so unprofessional and silly? Is it to ensure there are no strong female characters in crime shows ever again? One will never know. On the other hand, I found one of the male characters, Bobby, to save the Day (hirr). The only character I didn't want to throw rotten tomatoes on.The story is weak and full of holes and the show feels extremely slow, until the end where it's just "suddenly finished". I hope there won't be a season 2, and in the event that there is - I won't waste my time on it.

Spare your time, don't watch such a crap. I think the one who wrote the script (let's not talk the creator of the show) paid to NETFLIX a lot of money to make a film like that. The way the actors act it's beyond any imagination. The "detective" Bobby Day is a parody and it is so bad played you want just to kill yourself. In my actual and next life I never saw such a crap. I am sorry that you can't negative vote this stupidity. All the actors (ALL) are out of line... A detective from Germany is saying how good the cookies are instead of do her job: investigate. All the movie you are just curios to see what it is the end. After 30 minutes you know what it is about in the whole series.
