He discovers that at some point two thirds of lorry drivers have reported feeling drowsy whilst driving and that nearly 20% have fallen asleep at the wheel. Gethin gets the chance to have a go in a lorry simulator after having just four hours sleep and finds that he soon learns that his driving is more dangerous than if he had been drunk.
