It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.

This is a gorgeous movie made by a gorgeous spirit.

The most attractive factor of this serial for me was that the hero was a female (AND I LOVE EMOLY THORNE SO MUCH OMG ).And the other protagonist was also bisexual(diversity!!) (Although it was sorta whitewashed) . Now to the entertainment part. If you are one of those people who love action, drama, romance, thrill all encapsulated in one package. THIS IS THE ONE! This show is full of surprises, plot twists, heartbreaks and touching characters. Brilliant acting by everyone especially Madeline and Emily. All the characters will make you cry and attach yourself to them (except victoria & her hubby). A MUST WATCH.

Sadly, I heard about his show after it was cancel and began watching episodes online. I binge-watched episode after episode that kept me mesmerized for hours, with each twist and turn more riveting than the next. This series took REVENGE to a whole new level (I call it 'SWEET REVENGE').The REVENGE franchise must be revisited!

Revenge made a huge splash when it first aired. It was fresh, had a great story, great characters, excellent directing and good performances. We saw a strong independent young woman seek revenge for the framing of her innocent father that ruined her life. It was almost mesmerizing and thrilling watching Emily/Amanda cross each name of the list through each episode. Just when we thought she had met her match she always had a trick up her sleeve or fooled the audience as it was part of her plan all along. Season 1 was a huge success. Season 2 marked the point when the show started to decline. The producers desiring more money aimed for longevity as opposed to the story and high quality. Suddenly we found out there was this ridiculous sinister group behind it all. It recovered later when it focused on Emily's revenge and taking out the Grayson's for good. Then it got worse when David Clarke himself returned from the dead which was what the whole series was built on. The show looked like it had no direction or purpose and sadly it was wrapped up after 4 seasons. Whenever I think of Revenge and its exceptional first season and what happened after I always think of what could have been.

Season 1 = 10 Season 2 = 8 Season 3 = 4 (almost stopped watching) Season 4 = 8.Revenge did the one thing that keeps me watching to the end, it entertained me. Even with the authorities in every capacity being written as incompetent, stupid, and corrupt beyond measure and the writing varying so severely that I almost stopped streaming in season 3, I am glad I watched through to the end. They managed to pull their stuff together enough to have it end on a satisfying note. There are times that the level of outrageous acts that some of the characters got away with simply by being rich was offensive as nobody owns everyone, they still kept it interesting enough to make it a good show that probably should have only been 3 seasons leaving out a few segments I literally slept through. But enough of it was good that it is worth watching as the ending did a surprisingly good job of closing the tale in a satisfying manner.
