The new landlady is suspecting something and her senses are quickly confirmed; however, the situation is luckily resolved and there may even be an upside in it for our samurai.

There is a notice up for the capture of a cruel animal killer except, oh well, not all is as it seems. In the meanwhile somewhere in town a man's skin begins to itch necessitating a trip to a pet shop. Soon enough a cat is getting bathed.

Synopsis

Kyutaro is a swordsman who was feared by people at one time. Now, he is poor and lives alone quietly. Kyutaro doesn't know how to earn money without using his sword. By chance, Sakichi happens to see Kyutaro's swordsmanship and offers to hire him for a job.
