Dean and Borja decide to close their vacation rentals and give their total focus to a long, hard winter of restorations to the manor. First up is the main floor of their historic Stables building, but both are skeptical of how much they can accomplish.

A tree has been growing through the roof of a gorgeous yet dilapidated English estate, and now Dean and Borja work to make the manor watertight once again; they look to restore crucial stairway access and create a new bathroom and a secret door.

The pressure is on to convert the stable's hayloft into a palatial apartment, which will create much needed rental income; Dean and Borja look to construct a posh one-bedroom suite, and they'll tackle the entrance foyer and library first.

To welcome guests for the coming season, Dean and Borja look to spruce up and complete the finishing touches on the servant's cottage facade; also, paranormal energy is afoot at the estate, and a psychic medium is called upon.
