Frances Chung Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
twister I am one of those people who like to exaggerate when they see/ find something they like and this was one of the best occasions to do so.I don't want to give any spoilers so I will just present some of the reasons why I think everyone who knows good humor, likes smart drama and wants to watch a show because the characters are well developed should DEFINITELY give this a try. One main character, JD is a person who just started as a resident in a hospital and will have a lot of experience trying to improve himself as a doctor. He meets a lot of interesting people and you shortly find out that in fact, there are multiple main characters who are evolving and experiencing everything from love to hate in their unique way. What I found interesting is that throughout the entire show, even though it's supposed to be comedy, all the important moments are taken seriously and there is a morale attached to each of them. You can actually have your kids watching this without any issue because it never goes overboard or overdoes the jokes. All in all, except for the last season which is garbage, this show is super funny, witty, full of interesting moments that you can empathize with and actually learn a lesson and IT'S GOOD 20 minutes ENTERTAINMENT when you eat or after a rough day at work. It will put a smile on your face trust me! If not, I will give you the evil eye!
ibrarsiddiqi Scrubs is a hospital comedy series which covered the trials and tribulations of medical doctors and the journey to qualify, gain the professional status as doctors whilst living life and the dilemmas they face, often with hilarious results. I found this series to be funnier than" Friends" and almost up there with "M.A.S.H" with sometimes a surreal feel. The show and it's characters are easily accessible and more amiable than "Friends", in particular. Relationships between all of the characters is truly tight knit, which helps secure a loyal cult followingThe series for nine years with cameos from the likes of Michael J. Fox and "Elmo" from Sesame Street, bringing the end to what was a great television series. This truly is a must see, you will not be disappointed at all.
Hayden A Weeks I honestly can't even begin to describe this show. It was somehow able to make me laugh, cry, learn medical information, and question whether or not there is any true meaning to life. For a show with a setting as widespread a hospital, the characters always remain the main focus. John C. McGinley makes it known from episode one that he will be one of the most sympathetic and hilarious characters on television, and he really delivers. Zach Braff and Donald Faison remain one of the best TV duos of all time. The only part that really falters is Sarah Chalke, who just comes off as a complaining know it all in the first few seasons, but starts to build herself as a character later on. The first season is a little iffy, just getting used to the shows memorable but odd sight gags, but just like any good comedy, the writing really brings it together. I will cherish this show as a staple of it's generation, and as one of the most quotable programs ever. If you haven't already, I would definitely give this show a watch.
taylorhammons Though the later years didn't have the same appeal as the first 6 or 7, scrubs is a truly amazing show. Aptly called the most accurate medical drama on TV, this show follows, not only the personal and romantic lives of its doctors, but also their professional life. With all the "medical" dramas on TV, you would think there would be more of an emphasis on the stress, depression, and difficulty that doctors face every day. Instead, shows like Greys Anatomy leave out the sad, depressing, and well, let's just say it, the realistic aspects of doctor life in favor of more sex scenes. Scrubs is very very different. Sure, it is, first and foremost a comedy. And one of the best out there, I might add. But more than that, it is a commentary on the difficulties of life, in the medical field and beyond. Be warned. If you watch this show, you will be exposed to brutally honest commentary on the effects of overdoses, cancer, alcoholism, and surgery. You will be taught what it is like to live every day for someone else and never get so much as a "thank you". You will find yourself both loving and hating the characters because they remind you so much of people you know. You will find yourself hating them even more when they remind you of yourself. But in the end, if you make it through, you'll be a better person. And you'll have a new favorite show.
