Has any of these reviewers with bad reviews ever watched a Disney sitcom? They actually have to be kidding. Do they think that we want to watch a sitcom that is like our normal families? The fun of watching any sitcom is watching characters that are bizarre and out of the normal. If I wanted to watch dull boring and normal, I'd watch my own family. All of these characters have their own personal identities which all come together to make a sitcom that is actually fun to watch. I would hate to watch a sitcom where the parents are normal and the kids act just like kids should act; where's the fun in that?

The Loud House, that's what this is obviously trying to be. There are almost no ideas left for TV shows, i know, but at least try or something. And if you like this show, that's fine, but this is just my opinion. First off: character trying to "survive" the hustle of a big family of 7. And thank god that it isn't a family of 11 kids actually so i don't constantly need to feel bad for mothers who don't know how to use condoms. But yeah, all i can see is The Loud House here. They even have things scattered around the gutter on the roof like in The Loud House. And I know that Disney Channel is based around taking other ideas, but saying all this negative stuff would be a bit to sour and mean spirited, so i'll say that they at least try. But they turned it into another generic sitcom. Yeah, Disney Channel is just the biggest producer of generic sitcoms. Unlike anything else like The Middle or The Flintstones, these sitcoms are just bland like a piece of raw toast (bread i know). And finally the finishing touch: I just really left this show with a bad taste in my mouth to be honest, but please don't get too angry.

This show is great. The story lines are refreshing and humorous and the characters actually learn a valuable lesson. Every character is likable, which is impressive since there are nine of them and most of them are troublesome kids. It's a great show and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves family shows. I feel like a lot of the "critics" here judge the whole show after watching only one episode, which I have to admit, I've done before. But when it comes to this show, I think you should watch another episode and give it a second chance before giving it a low rating. Fingers crossed that this show lasts because it is definitely a worth-watching show. So, give it a few chances and maybe you'll warm up to it :)

I want to say that I agree with you 100% that GMW needs to take notes. SitM shows a realistic household with real kids. Kids that are messy, kids that get into trouble, a household where not every kid is a talented genius. GMW teaches lessons about life. Does it really? Have you watch GMW fanboys? It teaches you that life is depressing in every single way. No matter what the challenge it will involve some sort of tear shedding or hardship. That is not life. Not everything that happens in life is something that is so challenging that you question your existence. That is what makes SitM so good. It shows that life is fun for children in a large household. It shows realistic parents that don't speak in parables all the time but speak normally. Here we are presented with a single camera show that may be a tad strange to those use to the current Disney format without a laugh track (Kirby Bucketts is successful for this reason). Just sit back and enjoy the ride people. Not every household is perfect.
