Andrew Lloyd Webber has invited all the contestants to Superstar Island for an intensive week of training which will separate the leaders from the disciples. With singing, dancing and acting challenges, only a few will get through to the next stage. The remaining contestants head to Andrew's villa on Mallorca, where they have the chance to sing again for him. Then they travel across Europe for one last test in front of Andrew and his fellow judges Jason Donovan and Melanie Chisholm. Which ten contenders will be chosen to be finalists?

Synopsis

Superstar is a UK talent search, looking for the lead role in a production of the 1971 rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar. The series started on 7 July 2012 on ITV and was presented by Amanda Holden.

Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
