Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.

Mieke I am a fan of survival type shows and I have watched a lot of them, but these with Hazen Audel are by far the best! The way he interacts with the locals, the way he respects the nature (animals and environment) while he does it. It is what survival should be in my opinion! Hope that there are more like it to come some day!In this series Hazen goes to different villages and learns how they survive in their particular environment. He treats the people with respect and even learns some of their language to communicate better with them. After following them around, he joins in with a hunt or some traditional experience to show off what he has learned. When I am done watching, I always feel like I know more about the people and place where he was staying.
