Reviews

Micitype Pretty Good
SunnyHello Nice effects though.
GarnettTeenage The film was still a fun one that will make you laugh and have you leaving the theater feeling like you just stole something valuable and got away with it.
Michelle Ridley The movie is wonderful and true, an act of love in all its contradictions and complexity
Adelina Chavez As i'm gathering research for my high school senior project on how society treats teenage pregnancy, many of the reviews above sadden me. I must be a liberal Californian or maybe just human but the way you bash on these very inspiring women in such a disrespectful way, is not gonna get you much further than whatever honky-tonk state you're from... I'm 17,kid-less,and can promise you that teenagers having babies is not the source of the problem here in the USA. If you think this show is trash and you rather poke needles in your eyes, than i pray to god your daughter has triplets as a teen and they cry in your ears until they make you have wished you would of exposed such a preventable show to your kids. Many more adults disadvantage this economy and end up on welfare faster than any teen parent i know. Keep your ignorance off such an empowering shows review listings. Mainly because I rather give birth on president trump's white house lawn than hear what any of you people have to say about the show!
luvleme1 I LOVE this show and 'some' of the positive influences that the show portrays. I would have given this a 10 but there is one person of the show who should be permanently removed; yes Farrah. She is such an ignorant person. She's so mean to her mom and shows her actions are OK in front of her child as she reacts towards her mom. Come on now, your child is seeing this and a child reactions are from what they see and are exposed to. I wouldn't be shocked to see the baby girl acting the same way to Farrah as Farrah acts towards her mom; Farrah is allowing her t do this now to her mom. It's time to get over the way her mom was when she was younger, you live, learn and move on. It's time for that. I just wished she would see this and her mom would just let her grow and realize what she has and come to her own realization that it's mistreatment. I feel so sorry for Farrah's mom and daughter, even those whom she encounter. She's a time bomb that's exploding slowly and getting worse as it goes along. GET IT TOGETHER FARRAH, GROW UP. PLEASE MTV, continue to air the show and portray the positive people and their actions, but remove Farrah. She alone, miserable, and a sad, sad, case. The is and will be so much better without her. The other ladies are GREAT, show positiveness in their actions and lives; it's always that bad apple, 'Farrah', that ruins the whom bunch. She's BAD for the show and should not be aired on any future ones-should there be any.
Matthew Scott Good job MTV for making the United States look even worse. Talk about showcasing horrible parenting. This "show" chronicles the lives of a few young mothers, who all had babies at 16. The only one of the children who will have any form of normal life is the one who was given up for adoption. The biggest train wreck on the "show" is Farrah. If you want to see what narcissism looks like here it is. She leaves the baby in the sink, and on the bed completely unattended. Now you think MTV crew would step in and grab the kid from falling. Nope. She gets a dog, which she can't take care of. She gets breast implants and braces, under the guise of modeling (vanity). She also has the never to waste her parents money flying around the county to find a "school" to go to. You know. So she is alone with a child she has no way to support and no support system to help her (she clearly couldn't function with out her mother whom she bad mouths at every chance.) Any way you're better off putting needles in your eyes and ears rather than watching this drivel. MTV should be ashamed with the quality of shows.
Frank G. Teen Mom is the perfect example of television that destroys the brains of our youth. This along with Skins, Jersey Shore, and what ever is shown on MTV can be taken account for that you may be rewarded for being a fool in life.Teen Mom follows the lives of many lucky teenagers that were dumb enough to go get knocked up, bring a child in this world, and then make millions of dollars off a TV show that just teaches the teenagers today to screw up, and you too may end up on television. In the last season one of the teen moms, (Amber Portwood) was arrested for assault and many other charges. This child has been made into celebrity status thanks to this show glorifying trash and giving teenagers today another useless person to look up to that does not give them any good.MTV once was a network that devoted their creation to showing music videos. Now today this is all they show. They complained about true artists that they refused to broadcast their music videos for many excuses (Such as Michael Jackson's videos being so long, and the message in certain heavy metal groups) yet music videos were a hassle, they have NO problem what so ever showing off trash to the world such as this and Jersey Shore. So if you ever find yourself watching MTV and start asking yourself "How did this garbage get on the air?" then pat yourself on the back for having a big enough brain to not make them even more rich watching such filth.
