StunnaKrypto Self-important, over-dramatic, uninspired.
Sexylocher Masterful Movie
AshUnow This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
Clarissa Mora The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
gianamavros So if you ever get this or reply is there going to a second season because this is a great tv show and I would love it if you would make a new season and we ha e to know if deven is okay I mean u can't leave on a cliff hanger like that then never make a second season so please make a new season!
ka_in_nyc Kicks is the best television series I have seen that is both age appropriate and engaging for impressionable girls. With two girls – seven and 11 - this show appealed to both of them for both similar and different reasons. The soccer team dynamics and story kept both girls engaged – plus there was a preteen life-lesson in each episode - that was not too mature for a 7 year old. - The story line was credible and the characters were both relatable and believable. The show was realistic but did not take itself or the content too seriously - keeping the tone light but believable. Really hope the word gets out so the audience numbers will increase in order for Amazon to continue additional seasons. We just stumbled upon Kicks while browsing Prime - as my daughter had read the books so wanted to check it out. -I watched the first show to be sure appropriate for both ages and ended up watching all of the episodes together with my girls. Well-done Amazon!!!
soha_borouni The Kicks is a perfect TV show for athletic teenagers as they can relate to it. In my opinion The Kicks is one of my favourite TV shows as I enjoy sports related shows/movies and this one hit my standards. Even though it is quite cliché, it has a great story line and is enjoyable to watch.I recommend this to young teens.I literally can not wait for the next season to come out. I hope the show stays fun and entertaining. Also the show is very encouraging for young girls to play sports or join a sports team. Great show, totally recommend it!
monlacy-940-59237 My two kids love "The Kicks!" My 10 year old daughter relates to Devin, as she also struggles with preteen friendship dynamics and fitting in on a team. And the fact that the family shares the struggle together, and depicts parents and preteens supporting each other is pretty cool. The soccer element is very fun, as we're athletic over here. Also, Alex Morgan is an awesome role model! Kudos to Amazon for depicting strong, athletic, and not overly feminine girls on TV, what a nice change! I like that the brother is also very different than his sister, "not a ball throwing person." And yet they get along and embrace their differences without making fun of each other. Coach Flores is realistic as the over- burdened teacher trying to help out. I also liked the moment when Mirabelle drops her anger and puts on the mask of "cool"…which will help my kids understand that sometimes the mean girls are really just wearing a mask to protect themselves. I can't wait to see more. Also love the Mom and Dad, so normal….idealistic but also kinda cool and trying to help, without sarcasm.
