best movie i've ever seen.
Kien Navarro
Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Sanjeev Waters
A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

This is when reality television was actually good. Funny. The OG Paris and Nicole was worth watching. Far more than this generation of reality tv stars.

I remember seeing a TV premiering of the simple life agers ago and whenever i could catch an episode i'd watch it and love it! The Simple Life stars Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie, two spoilt socialites who embark across America doing manual low-pay work.My favourite is Paris Hilton, although i preferred her before watching the series, i found Nicole a little too annoying. Seeing them both together is hilarious, its just the little things like seeing a bug erupts world war 3. Although its a little dramatic, its funny seeing how they react to different things. We'd never expect Paris or Nicole to do anything for themselves and thats why its so enjoyable seeing them get their hands muddy. Its funny most of the time but it can drag on a little bit, maybe a few fresh idea's but its still something you can chill out too.Series 2 has to be the best, but make sure you get a peek at them all, its very uplifting.

Everyone has their opinions on this show. You either love it or hate it. Personally, I love it. It's a piece of harmless fun. A funny show with exaggerated concepts and unrealistic motives. But lovable all the same. If you take The Simple Life as simply just fun, then it's a great show. If you read into it, and examine every single aspect, it's not so great. When it comes down to it, The Simple Life is fake. They want you to believe these girls (Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie), have been stripped of everything that's important to them (money, credit cards, cell phones etc...)When in fact that's not the case. When you see pictures of them and the title reads "On set of The Simple Life" - that pretty much says it all. It's not supposed to be set up, it's supposed to be real. Is it scripted? Of course. Should it be, given the description of the show? No, it shouldn't.The BIGGEST thing that gives this away is the editing. It's awful. Throughout the course of the season, you see the girls wearing the exact same outfits, hairstyles, looking exactly the same as previous episodes. And something tells me Paris & Nicole don't wear the exact same thing (EXACT TO A T), as previous weeks ago. It's so obvious none of it is real. So, I guess if you notice this, then yeah.. it's a fake show. Not reality. When they say at the end of the finale "Yeah! We did it." They want you to believe they survived a month without their beloved credit cards, when really the truth is "Yeah, we finished filming."

Paris and Nicole have got to be the two funniest people on the face of this earth. They are absolutely hilarious together. I loved watching Paris try and figure out what a WalMart was, and Nicole was so funny when she tossed the bleach on the pool table. What I don't understand is these people know who Paris and Nicole are, they know what they act like, and they know their backgrounds, if you are going to complain about how they act or dress, don't watch the show, and don't invite them to stay at your house. How hard is it? Anyway, This show gets a 10 out of 10. Greatest show ever made. Keep up the amazing work Paris and Nicole!
