The duo's mission is simple: help Eddy fall in love with cognac through the local culture, fabulous food and mouth-watering mixology. Will they succeed?

Special guest Eulanda Shead-Osagiede returns to find Helena's boat skills being put to the test. The trio take a deeper dive into the art and alchemy of blending cognac, while trying their hand at gourmet baking, marmalade mixology and even venture into the deep wilderness of the Charente to find a prickly botanical for their very own gin.
