It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.

This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.

Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.

There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

I have been a fan of broad city for a long time, and if you too, then you will instantly understand Ilana and Paul characters, but I don't think you need to watch broad city to enjoy these characters, because their can stand out on their own.I must say that the writing in this series is very funny. My favorite part is Michael Jackson scene, its one of the most brilliant writing in comedy (applause to Ilana's partner Abbie Jacobson from Broad City who pitched this idea). They are not just focusing on delivering funny lines, but also tackling some issue like race, women, and equality. The acting in this series also very outstanding, I can't imagine anyone else doing their lines of joke, their acting put the jokes into another level, I don't think it will be funny if it wasn't them who do it. One thing that I hate is that the series is only 3 episodes, I wish it was longer, but it is still fine with me.I don't think this show for everybody, but I do think if you watch this with open mind, you will find joy through their characters. And when you do find the joy watching this series, I suggest you to watch Broad City, you will thank me later.

To be honest i did not watch a whole episode of this. This garbage is unwatchable. I fast forwarded through two episodes to find exactly what i expected. The actors are not even trying, because there is no reason for any acting. The script ... i do not know if they even had any or just took randomly costumes out of the closet and talked profane bullshit to it. The jokes are like a very very bad reenactment of 90s slacker movies and not funny at all. (unless you are trailer park trash and completely drunk your brains away with a mixture of moonshine and antifreeze)The rating of shows like this is the reason why you know that there is a way to rig the IMDb ratings. Unless more then half of the users of IMDb are drooling idiots this show would never get more then a two out of 10. And the only reason for this two instead of one is that there are for sure some 13 year old boys who are fans of blurred tits and cavemen rape jokes.

Cousins Sharee (Ilana Glazer) and Jeff (Paul W. Downs) bike to buy food after smoking some weed. They encounter two futuristic people killed by a douche driver. The cops don't care. The cousins find a time traveling bong and use it. It gets broken and the pair gets lost in time. These acerbic clueless characters are not necessarily appealing to everyone. The immediate comparison is Ilana's other partner Abbi Jacobson. Ilana remains the same and Paul is essentially similar to Ilana. Abbi is a sweeter partner. There is a balance in that partnership which is missing in this. This is weirdly outlandish and gets a bit random. Michael Jackson could have been funnier. They could have done more with the kid. Broad City fans will probably enjoy this.

Ilana Glazer and Paul W. Downs of their hit show 'Broad City' have created a 4/20 comedy special called "Time Traveling Bong," and it's hilarious. These two leads have great chemistry together and are so fun to watch as they travel through time together, ending up in ridiculous situations. If you're a history buff, a marijuana advocate or a fan of comedy, you'll find Time Traveling Bong enjoyable. It may not be as funny as Broad City, but it's hilarious none-the-less. Ilana Glazer has grown a large fan base very quickly and Time Traveling bong will only bring in more. This 3 episode special is worth watching and you could definitely expect some good laughs throughout. Kick back, pack a bong and enjoy the crazy adventures and witty situational-comedy.
